OUR FIT PROMISE

Wrong size? We will swap it for free.

  • You have 30 days from the day your order arrives.
  • Swap for a new size, a new color or a new style.
  • The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on. Try it on over your own underwear.
  • You get one free swap per item.
  • US orders get a free return label, and we pay to ship your new piece.

HOW TO START A SWAP

  1. Email us at info@heliomenswear.com. Tell us your order number, what you are sending back, and what you want instead.
  2. We email you a free return label.
  3. Drop off your package. We ship your new piece when your return arrives.

REFUNDS

  • We give refunds when a piece arrives damaged or has a defect. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.
  • We do not give refunds for size or for a change of mind. Use your free swap instead.
  • Ordered before October 18, 2026? You can still choose a refund under the policy you bought with, or use the free swap.

WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE BACK

  • Pieces that have been worn or washed. This keeps every piece clean for the next person.
  • Pieces without their tags.
  • If you send back a worn piece, we cannot swap it, and we cannot send it back to you.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US

You can swap too. You pay to ship the piece back to us.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Keep your tracking number until your swap is done. We cannot replace a return that gets lost before it reaches us.
