Returns

United States customers are supplied with a Return Label upon approval. 

For international customers, all cost of returns is the customer's responsibility. 

Liability of the order is also given to the returner during the return process. Helio (operating under Helio Menswear, LLC) holds no responsibility if an item is lost during transit.

Please note that all returned merchandising must:

✅ Be in new and unused condition

✅ Be in original packaging

✅ All tags and labels must be attached to the garment


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear and underwear that have been worn. Refunds will not be issued for worn items. If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed and we will not be able to return the garment back to you.

Please additionally note that we only refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.

We currently do not facilitate exchanges for returns. Instead, we issue a refund to the original payment method, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

This method minimizes the chance of errors, since exchanges involve manual handling.

Please note:

  • We refund only the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.
  • Allow up to 21 business days for Helio (operating under Helio Menswear, LLC) to receive your return.
  • Returns are accepted if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

Please provide your tracking number so we can assist you in tracking your parcel.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are only made on the returned item, excluding delivery.

  • All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached. In accordance with law and for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of worn swimwear and underwear.
  • Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment or through store credit depending on your refund preference.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit card company to process your credit. We are not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account. 

 

Helio is happy to issue a refund for your order if you're unsatisfied with your product, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please keep in mind:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any pieces that may have been worn.
  • All refunds exclude shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the goods have been returned and received by us.
  • You can choose to receive the refund to your original payment method or as store credit if you have an account with us.
  • If your payment method has been cancelled or disabled before the refund is processed, we will issue credit to your Helio account only.

Make sure to fill out the return form in its entirety, including your order number and the items you are returning. Failure to do so may delay processing your refund until you contact us.

Please note:

  • It typically takes 3-5 business days for debit/credit cards and PayPal transactions to complete.
  • We are not responsible for any parcels that are rejected upon delivery.
  • Refunds will only be issued for successfully returned orders. Rejected orders cannot be tracked and may take a long time to return. Since returns are consolidated and sent back as non-priority, they may take longer to reach our facility.
  • Similarly, orders that are not delivered successfully may be processed for return by your local post office and sent back to them, not directly to us, which may also take considerable time.

Important reminder:

If your parcel is rejected upon delivery due to additional payments or if you did not receive a notification from the courier resulting in unsuccessful delivery, we need to receive and verify the returned parcel before processing any refund.
